Understanding Transactional Analysis (TA)

Transactional Analysis is a psychotherapeutic framework developed by Dr. Eric Berne. TA explores how our personality is structured into Parent and Adult ego states and how these states influence interactions with ourselves and others.

How TA Works

Through guided dialogue, we examine the “transactions”—the back-and-forth exchanges—that reveal recurring life patterns or “scripts.” By bringing these unconscious patterns to light, clients can consciously rewrite their personal narratives.
